Esther Pai is an associate in the San Diego office of Latham & Watkins and a member of the firm’s Litigation & Trial Department.
Esther represents and advises clients on a variety of high-stakes complex commercial litigation, including contractual disputes, insurance coverage actions, and bad faith litigation. Esther also advises clients on internal investigations and intellectual property matters.
Esther graduated from Berkeley Law, where she received the Dean’s Fellowship. While attending law school, Esther served as a judicial extern in the US District Court for the Southern District of California.
Prior to law school, Esther worked as an auditor in public accounting and as an analyst in the technology sector. She also attained a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license.
