Erin Wainwright works with the global team responsible for the firm’s business intake procedures and supports all Latham offices with respect to the associated compliance and risk management issues. As a member of the firm’s Office of the General Counsel, she advises the firm regarding the rules of ethics and professional conduct, regulatory requirements, and its internal policies and procedures.
Prior to joining Latham’s Office of the General Counsel, Ms. Wainwright worked as a conflicts attorney at another international law firm. Before that, she engaged in policy and communications work for an international intellectual property bar association.
