Erin Lee is an associate in the San Francisco office of Latham & Watkins.

Erin Lee represents public and private companies in a variety of litigation and investigatory matters. 

Before joining Latham, Erin served as a law clerk to Magistrate Judge Steve Kim of the U.S. District Court for the Central District of California.

Erin graduated from UCLA School of Law, where she was a Managing Editor of the UCLA Law Review. In law school, Erin served as an extern for Judge Kim McLane Wardlaw of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit and Judge Philip S. Gutierrez of the U.S. District Court for the Central District of California.

Before attending law school, Erin worked as a legal journalist.
