• Bosch Rexroth on the sale of its Large Projects division to Van Halteren Groep, a Dutch supplier of products and technologies to business customers**

• Dell Technologies on the sale of Boomi, a cloud-based integration platform-as-a-service (iPaaS) provider based in the United States, to Francisco Partners, a US-based investment firm that specializes in partnering with technology businesses, and TPG Capital, the US-based private equity platform of global alternative asset firm TPG, for US$4 billion**
• Deutsche Industrie REIT-AG on its public €800 million sale to CTP, a Dutch logistics real estate company**
• ECI Software Solutions, an American provider of ERP software solutions to SME, on:
  • The acquisition of Trivest Software Group, a Dutch supplier of ERP software, from Nedvest, a Dutch venture capital firm**
  • Its acquisition of Treetop Group, a Dutch-based software company specializing in business software solutions for the residential construction and craft industry**
• Gimv, a listed European investment firm, on the sale of Equipe Zorgbedrijven, a fast-growing private provider of outpatient healthcare in the Netherlands to Nordic Capital, a Swedish private equity firm**
• Hg Capital on its majority stake investment in Blinqx (formerly known as DIAS Group), a provider of mission-critical software to white-collar SMEs and corporates serving more than 100,000 users across 1,500 clients in sectors such as insurance and mortgage intermediaries, financial institutions, accountants, lawyers, and governmental organizations**
• I Squared Capital on various acquisitions for its Cube Cold Europe platform, an infrastructure platform to invest up to US$350 million in cold storage facilities across strategic areas, such as ports and logistics hubs, in Europe**
