Eric Stern retired from the partnership in December 2010. Mr. Stern had extensive experience in connection with mergers and acquisitions, venture capital financings and underwritings, and he represented a broad range of issuers, underwriters, financial advisors and private equity firms. At the time of his retirement, Mr. Stern was a member of the American Bar Association Section on Corporation, Banking and Business Law.
Mr. Stern is a graduate of Harvard Law School and holds a BA from Dartmouth College.
