Erica Reichman advises clients on antitrust matters including litigation, government antitrust investigations and pre-investigation matters, and merger risk analyses.
Erica’s experience includes defending allegations of antitrust violations in civil cases in federal and state courts, as well as in FTC administrative proceedings. She has defended clients in actions brought by federal regulators, state attorneys general, and private parties.
She has counseled clients on antitrust risk issues relating to mergers and acquisitions and liability issues relating to both private and government litigation. She has extensive experience representing a major PBM in a variety of FTC and state attorneys general investigations and litigation. Beyond defensive work, she has represented industry members in writing public comments and bringing anticompetitive conduct to the attention of regulators. She has been featured in Bloomberg and Law360 for her insights on antitrust issues and artificial intelligence.
She previously clerked for the Honorable Theresa Carroll Buchanan in the Eastern District of Virginia, where she worked on a breadth of civil cases. Erica received a JD from the University of Virginia School of Law and a BA in Government and Politics, as well as a BA in Linguistics, from the University of Maryland.
In her pro bono practice, Erica served as a guardian ad litem, representing children in custody cases.
