Erica Peña is an associate in the Los Angeles office of Latham & Watkins and a member of the firm’s Litigation & Trial Department.
Prior to joining Latham full-time, Ms. Peña was a summer associate in the Los Angeles office.
Ms. Peña earned her JD from University of California, Berkeley, School of Law, where she served as a publishing editor for the California Law Review and a submissions editor for La Raza Law Journal. During law school, she received the Posser Prize in Torts and served as an academic skills fellow.
Prior to law school, Ms. Peña earned her BA in political science from the University of Southern California magna cum laude.
