Eric Raff

Eric Raff is an associate in the New York office of Latham & Watkins. Prior to joining the firm full-time, Eric was a summer associate in the New York office.

Eric represents investment banks, commercial banks, private debt funds, and corporate borrowers in a range of domestic and cross-border finance transactions, including leveraged financings and acquisition financings.

Eric earned his JD from Brooklyn Law School magna cum laude. During law school, Eric worked in human resources at another leading law firm.

Prior to law school, Eric earned his BA at Binghamton University.
