Eric Jjemba is an associate in the New York office of Latham & Watkins.

Eric represents energy and infrastructure project developers and lenders in various financing transactions.

Eric has experience in the energy and technology policy sectors, with a focus on environmental health issues such as clean air and clean water, as well as data privacy and cybersecurity.

Eric earned his JD from Yale Law School and during this time, he served as Executive Development Editor of the Yale Law & Policy Review. He also advised early-stage and emerging growth companies in the Entrepreneurship and Innovation Clinic.

Eric maintains an active pro bono practice, most recently supporting mission-driven startups and social enterprises on corporate and commercial matters, as well as representing individuals in immigration matters.
