Eric Dang

Eric Dang is a finance associate in the New York office of Latham & Watkins.

Eric represents investment and commercial banks, private debt funds, and corporate borrowers in a range of domestic and cross-border finance transactions. 

Eric maintains an active pro bono practice, most recently representing transgender individuals seeking legal name and sex designation changes. Eric is also a participant in the Read Ahead program, which mentors elementary school students in New York City.

While attending St. John’s University School of Law, Eric served as President of the Asian Pacific American Law Students Association and as senior staff of the St. John’s Law Review.
