Eric Dang

Eric Dang is a finance associate in the New York office of Latham & Watkins.

Mr. Dang represents investment and commercial banks, private debt funds, and corporate borrowers in a range of domestic and cross-border finance transactions. 

Mr. Dang maintains an active pro bono practice, most recently representing migrants awaiting non-refoulment interviews and transgender individuals seeking legal name and sex designation changes.

While attending St. John’s University School of Law, Mr. Dang served as President of the Asian Pacific American Law Students Association and as senior staff of the St. John’s Law Review.
