    Emony M. Robertson represents clients in a broad range of complex distressed situations.

    Prior to joining Latham, Emony worked at a leading law firm representing various creditor constituencies in out-of-court and in-court restructurings. Before that, Emony served as a judicial law clerk to the Honorable Craig T. Goldblatt for the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware.

    • The ad hoc group of senior lenders in the chapter 11 cases of Marelli Automotive Lighting USA and its affiliates*
    • The Official Committee of Unsecured Creditors in the chapter 11 cases of Steward Health Care System, LLC and its affiliates*
    • The Official Committee of Tort Claimants appointed by the United States Trustee in the chapter 11 cases of Rite Aid Corporation and its affiliates*
    • An ad hoc group of noteholders in negotiations related to the prepackaged chapter 11 cases of Akumin and its affiliates*
