Emony M. Robertson is a Finance associate in the New York office of Latham & Watkins and a member of the Restructuring Practice.

Emony represents clients in complex restructurings, mass tort bankruptcies, special financing situations, liability management transactions, and other distressed matters. Her practice spans a broad range of industries, including healthcare, life sciences, manufacturing, gaming, and energy, as well as company-side and creditor-side engagements.

Prior to joining Latham, Emony worked at a leading law firm representing various creditor constituencies in out-of-court and in-court restructurings.

Before that, Emony served as a judicial law clerk to the Honorable Craig T. Goldblatt for the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware.
