Prior to joining Latham, Emony worked at a leading law firm representing various creditor constituencies in out-of-court and in-court restructurings. Before that, Emony served as a judicial law clerk to the Honorable Craig T. Goldblatt for the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware.
