Emmett Tabor is an associate in the New York office of Latham & Watkins.

Emmett represents clients in a variety of litigation and trial matters, antitrust merger reviews, and government investigations.

Emmett maintains an active pro bono practice, representing immigration clients and victims of domestic violence in partnership with Sanctuary for Families.

Prior to joining Latham, Emmett earned his JD from NYU School of Law, where he served on the executive board of NYU Moot Court. During law school, he interned with the Federal Trade Commission, New York Attorney General’s Office, and a federal judge.

Before attending law school, Emmett worked at a leading economic consulting firm.
