Emma McLaughlin is an associate in the Washington, D.C. of Latham & Watkins.

Emma represents clients in a range of civil litigation matters. 

Emma received her law degree from the University of Virginia School of Law. While in law school, she served as a Notes Editor on the Virginia Law Review. Emma received her bachelor’s degree from Davidson College, where she was a four-year member and captain of the volleyball team and graduated magna cum laude with high honors in political science.  

Prior to joining Latham, Emma worked as a summer associate in the firm’s Washington, D.C. office.
