Emma Lynam is an associate in the London office of Latham & Watkins and is a member of the Banking & Private Credit Practice.

Emma represents private equity sponsors, their portfolio companies, and corporate borrowers on a broad range of financing transactions, with a particular focus on cross-border leveraged and acquisition financings, refinancings, and other complex financing transactions. 

Prior to joining Latham, Emma practiced at leading US law firms in London.
