Emma Fichtel is an associate in the New York office of Latham & Watkins.

Prior to joining Latham full-time, Emma was a summer associate in the New York office.

Emma earned her JD from the University of Texas, where she served as an articles editor for the Texas Law Review. While attending Texas Law, Emma also received a pro bono honors award and participated in an entrepreneurship and community development clinic that helps small businesses and nonprofits with their transactional legal matters.
