Emily J. Viola is an associate in the New York office of Latham & Watkins and a member of the Litigation & Trial Department.

Ms. Viola represents clients in a variety of disputes, including complex commercial litigation, securities litigation, and antitrust litigation, as well as in government investigations and merger clearance matters.

Prior to joining Latham full-time, Ms. Viola was a summer associate in the New York office. While in law school, Ms. Viola was a member of the Fordham Law Review. Ms. Viola served as an intern for The Legal Aid Society of New York City and as an extern for the New York Civil Liberties Union. 

Prior to law school, Ms. Viola earned her MS in Teaching from Fordham Graduate School of Education and taught Math at a Title I Middle School in Manhattan.
