Emily True is an associate in the New York office of Latham & Watkins.

Emily represents corporations and individuals across a variety of sectors in internal investigations and litigation. She maintains an active pro bono practice, focusing primarily on impact litigation.

Emily rejoins the firm after serving as a law clerk to Magistrate Judge Taryn A. Merkl of the US District Court for the Eastern District of New York.

Prior to law school, Emily worked as a paralegal in the litigation practice of another global law firm.
