Emily Rivera is an associate in Latham & Watkins’ Litigation & Trial Department in the Washington, D.C. office.

Emily received her law degree from Cornell Law School, graduating cum laude. At Cornell, she served as a Publishing Editor on the Cornell Law Review, a Legal Research and Writing Honors Fellow, and President of the Latin American Law Students Association. Emily was a summer associate at Latham in Washington, D.C., and joined Latham as an associate after graduation. She served as a law clerk for Judge Tanya S. Chutkan on the U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia.
