Emilie Cullen is an associate in the New York office of Latham & Watkins.
Emilie represents clients in a broad range of corporate matters, including mergers and acquisitions, private equity, and general corporate matters. She also recently completed a six-month client secondment with the deal execution team at HgCapital LLP.
Emilie earned her JD from Syracuse University College of Law, where she graduated magna cum laude. While in law school, she served on the Syracuse Law Review as an associate editor and as business editor.
Prior to law school, Emilie worked in corporate sponsorships for a sports league.
