Emi Petrillo is an associate in the Washington, D.C. office of Latham & Watkins.

Emi represents public and private clients in relation to government investigations and complex commercial litigation.

Prior to joining Latham, Emi worked as a bilingual legal advocate for House of Ruth, Maryland. While in law school, she was active in her school’s Criminal Defense Clinic, representing indigent clients in state court and achieving an acquittal, as well as securing her client compassionate release at the federal level. She was on the executive board and member of the Student Bar Association, OUTLaws, and the Latin American Law Student Association.
