Emilee Daniel is a litigation and trial associate in the Washington, D.C. office of Latham & Watkins. She is also a member of the Intellectual Property Litigation Practice.
Emilee earned her JD from American University, Washington College of Law where she participated in the Alternative Dispute Resolution Honor Society.
Emilee maintains an active pro bono practice, drafting estate planning documents.
While in law school, Emilee served as a senior articles editor for the Administrative Law Review.
