Ella Higgins

Ella Higgins is an associate in the London office of Latham & Watkins and a member of the firm’s Corporate Department.

Ella advises clients on a variety of transactions, including domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions, private equity, and general corporate matters across a range of sectors.

Prior to joining Latham, Ella worked in the Corporate and M&A Department of a leading UK law firm.
