Elizabeth Arnold connects lawyers and professional staff around the world to a comprehensive suite of offerings across the firm’s innovative well-being and benefits platform.

Leveraging more than two decades at the firm, Ms. Arnold oversees a global team focused on benefits program development and well-being resources in Europe, the Middle East, Asia, and the United States.

Her notable accomplishments include spearheading a firmwide behavioral health first aid training initiative and leading Latham’s participation in the American Bar Association’s Well-Being Pledge, which hundreds of law firms, law schools, and corporations have since joined.

Ms. Arnold also drove the firm’s efforts with respect to signing the Working with Cancer pledge, which aims to build a supportive workplace for those living with cancer. 

Ms. Arnold earned a Certificate in Global Benefits Management from the International Foundation of Employee Benefits Programs.
