Eliza Murray is an associate in the New York office of Latham & Watkins.

Ms. Murray counsels newly listed and established public companies across various industries on their public reporting obligations, corporate governance matters, and other issues related to public company status, including compliance with:

  • Insider Reporting Obligations and Trading Restrictions

In addition, Ms. Murray advises both domestic and foreign private issuer clients on new developments and evolving best practices in public company reporting and governance matters.

Ms. Murray has experience representing public and private issuers, underwriters, and private equity sponsors in a variety of financing transactions, including initial public offerings and SPAC business combinations.
