Elena Gold Burns

Elena Burns advises clients on a broad range of corporate matters, including corporate governance, mergers and acquisitions, and other complex transactions. Elena is a member of the firm’s Orange County office, Corporate Department, and M&A Practice. 

Elena earned her law degree from the University of Southern California, Gould School of Law, in 2019. She also holds a Bachelor of Arts in Politics, Philosophy, Economics, and Law from the University of Arizona, where she graduated summa cum laude in 2015.
