Eitan Woloski is a litigation associate in the Austin office of Latham & Watkins.

Eitan represents clients in intellectual property disputes, primarily consisting of patent and trade secret litigation.

Eitan received his JD at Emory University School of Law, where he graduated with honors. While in law school, Eitan was an active member of the IP Law Society, serving as a mentor for junior students. He also participated in Emory Law’s TI:GER program (Technological Innovation Cohort), where he advised inventors from National Laboratories currently in the process of commercializing their intellectual property.

Eitan received his bachelor’s degree in Physics from Rice University, with minors in Business and Policy, Law, and Social Thought.

Eitan maintains an active pro bono practice in partnership with American Gateways.
