Ein Le is a member of the firm’s Capital Markets, M&A, and Private Equity practices. She represents issuers and underwriters in a range of capital markets transactions, including US-registered offerings and structured product offerings. She also advises private equity sponsors and corporates on cross-border M&A transactions and other strategic investments.

Ein Le’s experience includes advising: 

  • ST Telemedia on the S$13.8 billion acquisition of ST Telemedia Global Data Centres (STT GDC), a leading data center colocation services provider, by global investment firm KKR and Singtel, Asia’s leading communications technology group (the consortium). The transaction represents one of the largest digital infrastructure transactions in Southeast Asia to date
  • Partners Group acting on behalf of its clients, on its acquisition of a controlling interest in Digital Halo, a Singapore-headquartered data center operator focused on Southeast Asia, from its existing shareholders, including ARCH Capital
  • Clifford Capital on its sixth public infrastructure asset-backed securities (IABS) transaction of loans and bonds of approximately US$527 million in size – this transaction represents the sixth, and largest, issuance to date by the infrastructure credit platform. This transaction was awarded Best Bond Deal: Singapore, Best Project Finance Deal: Singapore, and Best Structured Finance Deal: Singapore at the FinanceAsia Achievement Awards 2025
  • Unioil Petroleum Philippines, a Philippines-based downstream oil company, on its sale of a 25% stake to Aramco
  • Black Spade Acquisition II Co. on the business combination with The Generation Essentials Group, a Europe-based global media and entertainment company
  • ST Telemedia Global Data Centres, a leading data center colocation services provider, on its S$1.75 billion (approximately US$1.3 billion) investment from global investment firm KKR (through its Asia Pacific Infrastructure Investors II Fund), and Singtel, Asia’s leading communications technology group. The transaction marks the largest digital infrastructure investment in Southeast Asia to date in 2024, and was awarded M&A Deal of the Year at the ALB SE Asia Law Awards 2025
  • PT Chandra Asri Pacific Tbk, Indonesia’s leading chemical and infrastructure solutions company, on the formation of a consortium with Glencore plc and the acquisition by the consortium from Shell Singapore Pte. Ltd. of all of SSPL’s interest in Shell Energy and Chemicals Park Singapore
  • CVC on its acquisition of a majority stake in Professional Services, Inc. (The Medical City), a Philippines-based network of private hospitals and clinics
  • Manila Electric Company (Meralco) and its subsidiary, Solar Philippines New Energy Corporation, on their US$600 million strategic partnership with Actis, a leading global investor in sustainable infrastructure, on its 40% stake in the Terra Solar Project. The transaction represents the largest foreign direct investment for a greenfield infrastructure project in the Philippines. This transaction was awarded Market Impact Award at the IJGlobal Investor Awards 2025, Solar Deal of the Year at the PFI Awards 2025 and IJGlobal ESG Awards 2025; Best M&A Deal in the Philippines at the FinanceAsia Achievement Awards 2025 and ALB Philippine Law Awards 2025, and Best Infrastructure Deal: Philippines at the FinanceAsia Achievement Awards 2025
  • Bayfront Infrastructure Management on its US$410.3 million issuance of infrastructure asset-backed securities through Bayfront Infrastructure Capital IV Pte. Ltd. This transaction was awarded “Best Infrastructure Deal,” “Best Project Finance Deal,” and “Best Sustainable Finance Deal of the Year”, both for Asia and the Singapore market at the FinanceAsia Achievement Awards 2023, and the “Innovation Deal of the Year – Bonds Award” at the IJGlobal Awards APAC 2023
  • Zapp Electric Vehicles on its business combination with CIIG Capital Partners II, Inc., a special purpose acquisition company
  • i-Tail Corporation Public Company Limited on its THB21.1 billion IPO on the SET
  • Mersin International Port on its US$600 million bond issuance and concurrent tender offer
