Dylan Glenn is an associate in the Chicago office of Latham & Watkins and a member of the Litigation & Trial Department. He represents public and private companies in complex commercial litigation in state and federal courts across the country with experience at both the trial and appellate levels as well as in arbitrations. Mr. Glenn’s primary focus is on class actions, mass torts, and products-liability cases, but he also has experience handling environmental litigations, business-to-business disputes, government enforcement actions, and complex insurance recoveries. He brings sophisticated research, writing, and oral-advocacy skills to each matter, distilling complex issues to achieve successful outcomes.
Mr. Glenn also maintains an active pro bono practice, representing asylum seekers in immigration proceedings and prisoners in civil-rights litigations. He previously served on the firm’s Recruiting Committee.
Mr. Glenn joined Latham after graduating from the University of Michigan Law School in 2017. During his time at the University of Michigan, Mr. Glenn served as the chairman of the First Year Information Program, which provides mentorship to first-year students and he was a member of the Law School Admissions Committee, assisting the Admissions Office with recruiting and outreach.
