Drew Carlson is an associate in the New York office of Latham & Watkins and a member of the firm’s Finance Department and Restructuring Practice.
Drew represents public and private companies, lenders, and other parties across various industries in both in-court and out-of-court restructurings, as well as distressed financings, mergers and acquisitions, and other distressed situations.
Prior to joining Latham full-time, Drew was a summer associate in the New York office. While in law school, Drew interned for the US Department of Justice, served as a Senior Editor of the Washington University Law Review, and participated in the WashULaw Entrepreneurship Clinic.
Prior to law school, Drew worked for early-stage companies as a Venture for America Fellow in New Orleans.
