Alex Tiller is an associate in the New York office of Latham & Watkins.

Alex represents banks, underwriters, placement agents, sponsors, issuers, borrowers, lenders, funds, and other financial institutions on transactions involving asset-backed securities, repurchase facilities, warehouse facilities, and revolving credit facilities.

He advises clients on a variety of transactions within traditional and esoteric asset-backed securities, including data centers, rental car fleets, and a variety of receivables deals.
