Dongik (Ethan) Lee

Ethan Lee is an associate in the New York office of Latham & Watkins.

Ethan represents clients in a variety of tax and corporate matters.

Ethan graduated from Cornell University School of Law cum laude. While in law school, he was a member of the Cornell International Law Journal. He also served as a member of the Legal Information Institute Supreme Court Bulletin. He received his bachelor’s degree from Seoul National University, where he majored in Economics, summa cum laude.

Prior to joining Latham, Ethan worked for a startup in Seoul and also worked as a summer associate in the firm’s New York office.
