Derek Choi is an associate in the Washington, D.C. office of Latham & Watkins.

Prior to joining Latham, Derek served as a law clerk for Judge A. Raymond Randolph of the US Court of Appeals for the D.C. Circuit. 

Derek graduated magna cum laude from Harvard Law School, where he was a Supervising Editor of the Harvard Law Review as well as both a Best Brief winner and finalist in the Ames Moot Court Competition. 

Before law school, Derek worked at a global management consulting firm. He is a magna cum laude graduate of Harvard College and served as president of The Harvard Crimson.
