Dennis Mossberg is an associate in the New York office of Latham & Watkins and a representative of the firm’s Finance Department.
As a member of the firm’s Restructuring Practice, he represents debtors and creditors across various industries in both in-court and out-of-court restructurings.
Prior to joining Latham, Dennis clerked for Judge J. Kate Stickles of the United States Bankruptcy Court, District of Delaware.
