Deniz Irgi is a finance associate in the Los Angeles office of Latham & Watkins and a member of the Restructuring & Special Situations Practice.

Mr. Irgi received his JD from the University of California, Berkeley School of Law, where he served as article and essays editor for the California Law Review. During law school, Mr. Irgi received the American Jurisprudence Award in Civil Procedure and Advanced Legal Writing, awarded to the student with the highest grade in the class.

Before law school, Mr. Irgi interned in the US House of Representatives in Washington, D.C., as well as the Washington State Office of the Attorney General.
