Delia Tasky is an associate in the Washington, D.C. office of Latham & Watkins.

Prior to joining Latham full-time, Delia was a summer associate in the Washington, D.C. office. Delia also previously clerked for the Honorable Amit P. Mehta of the US District Court for the District of Columbia, and the Honorable Paul V. Niemeyer of the US Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit.

Delia attended the University of California, Irvine School of Law, where she graduated summa cum laude. While in law school, Delia was part of the International Justice Clinic, supporting the UN Special Rapporteur on the Promotion and Protection of the Right to Freedom of Opinion and Expression.

Delia also served as articles editor for UC Irvine Law Review, style editor for UC Irvine Journal of International, Transnational, and Comparative Law, and as research assistant to a professor of torts and election law.

Prior to law school, Delia was a director of theatrical marketing at a film studio. Additionally, she earned her BS in Foreign Service from Georgetown University.
