  • SLB in its acquisition of ChampionX Corporation in an all-stock transaction worth nearly US$7.8 billion
  • The Sterling Group in its sale of Frontline Road Group, a large provider of pavement marking and ancillary services
  • Platform Partners in its acquisition of Progressive Pipeline Management, a full-service, trenchless pipeline rehabilitation contractor
  • Berry Corporation in its acquisition of Macpherson Energy Corporation, a privately held Kern County, California operator, for US$70 million*
  • Talos Energy Inc. in its acquisition of EnVen Energy Corporation, a private operator in the deepwater US Gulf of Mexico, for US$1.1 billion*
  • North Texas Public Broadcasting, Inc. in its purchase of The Denton Record-Chronicle, the primary source of local news in Denton County, Texas*
  • Select Water Solutions, Inc. in its acquisition of certain disposal assets and operations of Tri-State Water Logistics, LLC and affiliates*
