David Reed

David Reed is an unassigned associate in the Washington D.C. office of Latham & Watkins.

David represents public and private companies, investment banks, and private equity funds in a variety of corporate transactions, including mergers & acquisitions, debt and equity offerings, and liability management exercises. 

While in law school, David served as VP of Research for Rivanna Investments, where he assisted in managing a portion of the law school endowment. In addition, he was a member of the Editorial Board of the Virginia Law & Business Review.
