David Rathgeber retired from the partnership in December 2016. He had practiced law since 1985, concentrating in the areas of corporate finance and project finance. He is the former Chair of the firm's Chicago office Finance Department and former Co-chair of the Private Equity Finance Practice.
Mr. Rathgeber has extensive experience in acquisition finance and company recapitalization work for both US and ex-US companies and has also represented numerous investment banks and commercial banks in such transactions.
