David Moore is an associate in the Houston office of Latham & Watkins and a member of the Investment Funds Practice.

Mr. Moore represents both private fund sponsors and investors in structuring, investing in and operating a broad range of private investment funds, joint ventures, and other strategic relationships.

Mr. Moore regularly advises a full spectrum of sponsors, from first-time fund managers to global institutional asset managers as well as an array of institutional investors, including strategic corporates, family offices, and tax-exempt organizations.

He helps sponsors with their formation, global fundraising, capital deployment, compliance, and operating activities across a range of strategies, including:
