David Hayward is an associate in the Dubai office, having previously worked as an associate at an international law firm in London and at a Magic Circle firm in Dubai.

He has advised issuers and international investment banks on a number of significant and market-leading debt and equity capital markets transactions in the GCC and further afield, covering IPOs and conventional, sukuk, regulatory capital and sovereign issuances, as well as liability management exercises.
