Darragh Hyland is an associate in the London office of Latham & Watkins and a member of the firm’s Corporate Department.
He advises clients on mergers and acquisitions, private equity transactions, and general corporate matters.
Prior to joining Latham, Mr. Hyland completed his MBA at INSEAD in Fontainebleau, France.
