Daphne Lambadariou is an associate in the London office of Latham & Watkins and a member of the Fintech Industry Group.

Daphne advises clients on a broad range of fintech and digital asset matters, including tokenization, stablecoins, the digitization of traditional financial services, decentralized finance applications, digital investment platforms, and SuperApp ecosystems. She regularly counsels clients on product structuring, governance frameworks, and regulatory considerations associated with the development and launch of innovative financial products and services, including engagement with the SEC.

Daphne further advises growth-stage companies across a range of industries, including fintech and digital assets, throughout their lifecycles, from formation and financing through to exit.
