Danny Dvorak assists clients across a variety of industries and matters, including government investigations, securities class actions, and complex class actions involving alleged consumer fraud, toxic torts, and breach of contract.

Mr. Dvorak also maintains an active pro bono practice, representing victims of labor trafficking, voting rights organizations, and asylum seekers.

While in law school, Mr. Dvorak served as deputy editor-in-chief of the Journal of Criminal Law and Criminology and co-president of OUTLaw. He also externed for Judge Marvin E. Aspen of the United States District Court for the Northern District of Illinois and worked on wrongful conviction cases in the Bluhm Legal Clinic’s MacArthur Justice Center.

Prior to joining Latham full-time, Mr. Dvorak was a summer associate in the firm’s Chicago office and spent a summer at the Federal Trade Commission. Before attending law school, he worked as a management consultant.
