Danielle McCall represents clients in high-stakes government-facing investigations and related litigation, as well as in state and federal civil rights and anti-discrimination matters.
Danielle combines extensive courtroom experience with her sophisticated understanding of all phases of litigation and investigations to represent clients in connection with:
- Government-facing investigations into alleged violations of the False Claims Act (FCA), Anti-Kickback Statute, and Stark Law, as well as administrative actions involving receipt or retention of overpayments and breach of fiduciary duties
- Federal and state court litigation at the trial and appellate level, including US securities law class actions
- Civil rights investigations and litigation under state and federal antidiscrimination laws
A recognized leader at the firm, Danielle has served as local leader of the Multicultural Promotion & Attainment Coalition (MPAC) and Black Lawyers Group, as well as on Latham’s Associates and Recruiting committees. She is a member of the American Bar Association’s Women in White Collar Subcommittee and the National Bar Association.
She maintains an active pro bono practice, including advising an independent panel of experts in investigating the police-involved death of Elijah McClain and litigating a constitutional challenge of statutes and ordinances criminalizing homelessness.
Before joining the firm, Danielle clerked for Judge C. Darnell Jones, II of the US District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania.
