Danielle Carragher advises clients on a broad range of public and private structured finance and securitization transactions, on matters relating to a wide variety of asset classes, including residential and commercial mortgage loans, whole business securitizations, unsecured consumer loans, auto loans, and other more esoteric asset classes.

Prior to joining Latham, Danielle was a senior associate in the securitization practice of a Magic Circle law firm and during this time, she completed a secondment with a leading global investment firm. She also trained and qualified at a leading international law firm in London.

A global financial institution, as seller and servicer, on the public securitization of high LTV residential mortgage loans*
A major UK specialist mortgage lender on multiple of its private warehouse and public securitizations as originator and servicer*
A global investment firm in structuring and investing in a private fund financing in respect of a portfolio of Spanish SME loans backed by the Pan-European Guarantee Fund in response to the COVID-19 pandemic*
A multinational financial institution as arranger in respect of a CMBS relating to life science business assets in the Netherlands and Germany*
A global fund as an investor in multiple residential mortgage-backed securitizations*
A consortium of international banks as investors in a non-recourse inventory funding program backed by inventories of crude oil and refined metals across twelve jurisdictions in Europe, the Middle East, and Asia-Pacific*
A global investment bank as arranger in a whole business securitization of the UK operating business of a short-break holiday village operator*
A global financial institution in structuring and investing in a private warehouse in respect of a portfolio of unsecured consumer receivables*
