  • Orsted on tax equity financing from Berkshire Hathaway for the 298 MW Haystack Wind project in Wayne County, Nebraska*

  • Carlyle Investment Management on the merger of Birch Infrastructure’s renewable energy business into its Copia Power platform to create an integrated development platform for solar and energy storage projects in the United States*
