Daniel J. Glavin

Daniel Glavin is an associate in the Los Angeles office of Latham & Watkins and a member of the firm’s Corporate Department.

Mr. Glavin represents strategic buyers and sellers and private equity firms (together with their portfolio companies) on complex and cross-border M&A transactions across a broad range of industries.

Prior to joining Latham, he practiced as a corporate associate at a leading Canadian law firm.
