Daneyar Nusubaliyev is an associate in the New York office of Latham & Watkins.
Daneyar advises sponsors and investors in connection with secondary transactions, including single- and multi-asset continuation fund transactions, portfolio sales, and other liquidity solutions.
Prior to joining Latham, Daneyar was an associate at international law firms in New York and Palo Alto. He also served as an international tax manager at a Big Four accounting firm in New York.
