Dan Muller is an associate in the Austin office of Latham & Watkins.
Dan represents clients in intellectual property disputes, primarily patent litigation. He is also a registered patent attorney with the US Patent and Trademark Office.
Prior to joining Latham & Watkins, Dan was a lead engineer in fluid and mechanical systems for Lockheed Martin Aeronautics.
Dan received his JD with honors from the University of Texas School of Law, where he was administrative editor for the Intellectual Property Law Journal.
