Da Yun (Diana) Chung

Diana Chung is an associate in the Los Angeles office of Latham & Watkins and is a member of the Corporate Department.

Diana received her JD and Business Law Certificate from the University of Southern California Gould School of Law. While attending law school, she served as a senior editor for the Southern California Law Review and as a teaching assistant for a business organizations course and a contracts course. Additionally, she served as a supervisor for the USC Small Business Clinic.

Prior to joining Latham full-time, Diana was a summer associate in the Los Angeles office.
